Top Loads can be purchased separately or in Certificate Kits.
A Certificate Kit consists of a Plaque and Top Load (pouch or sleeve that a photo or certificate slides into or out of easily).
The "Top Load" Series, transparent plastic sleeve bonded on 3 sides with one open side for displaying photos, certificates, documents, etc. Top Loads are made of 2 pieces of plastic, each .015" thick and are ready to install easily on to plaques with
Double Faced Tape.
